China 2012 Formula 1. Qualifying Results & Where to watch 1


Could it be? By the looks of things, we might have an interesting F1 season on our hands this year!

 

Watching the Chinese Qualifying session this morning I was presently surprised. Comparing to last years season, it doesn’t seem to be dominated by the Red Bulls. Which, lets be honest, got a little tedious after a few races.

Things look much closer together this year, especially on this track. Nico Rosberg clinched his very first podium and the first podium for Mercedes F1 since the late 1950’s. Vettel seems to be on a bit of a rough at the moment, only qualifying 11th and not even seeing Q3 – probably a first in a long time!

Looking at all of this, we might be in for a good F1 race tomorrow. The qualifications are as follows, noted that Hamilton is starting 5 places back due to a gearbox penalty:
