The guys over at MyBroadband.co.za recently launched a survey for the 2012 Top ISP in South Africa.
Here’s how everyone faired:
Consumers were asked to rate various components of their ADSL ISP’s service, including its value for money, billing, support, and overall satisfaction.
The survey was completed by 16,432 people, of whom the majority were ADSL subscribers.
Three ISPs – Afrihost, Web Africa, and Axxess – received average scores over 8 out of 10. All the other prominent ISPs, excluding Telkom Internet, received average scores between 7 and 8 out of 10.
